We're writing to you because Paradigm Shift doesn't run on slogans — it runs on people showing up. Young entrepreneurs who need someone to believe in their idea before the bank does. We're a small team based in Accra. We don't have a massive donor desk or a glossy annual report — what we have is real work on the ground, partners who've stood with us, and a track record of doing what we said we'd do.

Why this work — and why now
The need is immediate
Across Ghana, talented young people still drop out of school over fees that wouldn't cover a week's groceries in other places. Families still walk miles for water. We're not waiting for perfect conditions to help — we're working now, in the communities where we live.
Small money, visible change
A sponsored workshop reaches dozens of people in one day. Supporting an entrepreneur with mentorship and encouragement can change a family's income for years. Sponsorship here isn't abstract — you'll see where it went and who it helped.

We've worked with collaborative partners like 360 Marketing, TEC UNIT, and FBN Fab by Nice — and we operate under Phamily Circle, our parent organisation. They didn't join us because we had the biggest budget. They joined because the mission is real and the follow-through is too.

In-kind support
